Chocolate Lava Cake
Base: Blue Bell Chocolate Ice Cream Topped with Devils Food Cake and Melted Chocolate and a hint of Heavy Cream
Before and After Roasted Chicken
Stuffed with Oranges, Onions, Celery, Onions and Apples
Marinade: Olive Oil, Season Salt, Orange Juice, Garlic Powder/Salt, Black Pepper, Parsley, and a Mix of my favorite Herbs. Trussing the Chicken every 20 minutes.

Roast your Favorite Veggies
Toss your favorite veggies in a cup of olive oil, sprinkle with kosher salt and your favorite herbs and seasonings and Roast in the oven at 375 for 25-30 min, tossing every 15 minutes
Oreo Truffles
1 pkg of Oreos
1 8oz pkg of softened cream cheese (let sit out over night,it'll be ok)
1 pkg of white chocolate or vanilla almond bark
1) Puree Oreos in a food processor, set aside a few for garnish
2) In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese and pureed oreos, and form into a ball
3)Melt chocolate on the stove or in the microwave
4) Stick 2 forks or 2-3 sturdy toothpicks into the oreo balls and coat the evenly with chocolate and place on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with your garnished oreos and place in the fridge to chill
